Information we collect
- Name, phone and email when a visitor registers to download a free resource.
- Contact details and message content when a visitor submits an enquiry, pilot request or feedback form.
- Campaign source fields such as UTM campaign or referral parameters when a resource request comes from an advertising campaign.
- Basic technical information needed for website security, form reliability and error diagnosis.
How we use this information
- To deliver requested resources and follow up with related civic intelligence updates.
- To respond to corrections, feedback, cultural concerns and technical issues.
- To understand which campaigns generate legitimate enquiries.
- To manage subscriptions, partner onboarding and scoped consulting conversations.
AiiPD does not design this website for covert surveillance, private citizen profiling, automated character judgement or targeted political manipulation.
Public evidence and DRMC analysis
AiiPD civic intelligence products use public institutional evidence wherever possible. DRMC and RSC outputs are interpretive civic analysis, not diagnostic assessment or validated psychological measurement. Human review is required before formal publication or client use.
Sharing and processors
AiiPD may use trusted service providers for hosting, secure checkout, email delivery, analytics, CRM or form processing. Stripe payment pages are handled by Stripe. AiiPD does not store full card details on this public website.
Retention and correction
AiiPD keeps enquiry and resource registration records only as long as needed for business, compliance, correction and campaign review purposes. You can request correction or removal by emailing liamclancy@aiipd.com.au.
