These terms apply to use of the AiiPD public website, free resources, standard digital products, consulting enquiries and pre-production platform material.
Public information
Website content is provided for general information, professional education and civic intelligence discussion. It is not legal, financial, medical, clinical or election advice.
DRMC and RSC outputs
DRMC and RSC material is interpretive civic and relational analysis. It must not be treated as psychological diagnosis, validated measurement, automated character judgement or moral ranking of people, communities or organisations.
Reports, resources and samples
- Free downloads may require registration before access.
- Samples are provided to demonstrate structure, method and product style.
- Formal reports require source review and human approval before publication or client use.
- Complex consulting products are scoped before pricing and delivery commitments are made.
Checkout and refunds
Standard digital products may be sold through Stripe payment links. Consulting products, reports and partner work are handled through scoped proposals rather than automatic checkout. If a payment issue occurs, contact AiiPD promptly at liamclancy@aiipd.com.au.
Intellectual property
The AiiPD website, DRMC framework material, report structures, templates and product descriptions remain the intellectual property of AiiPD or the relevant rights holder unless a written licence says otherwise. Do not reproduce, resell or present AiiPD material as your own work.
Ethical limits
AiiPD systems must not be used for covert surveillance, private citizen profiling, automated character judgement, discriminatory scoring or targeted political manipulation.
